RETURNS POLICY
FurryMascot U.S. requires that you notify us within three (3) days of receiving shipment if there are any errors to your order. We cannot be held responsible for errors unless promptly notified.Any Returns must be authorized by FurryMascot U.S. and be accompanied by an Authorization Return Number. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returns. Accounts will be credited for the item(s)returned to FurryMascot U.S. minus re-stocking fees and shipping and handling costs.
