FurryMascot U.S. requires that you notify us within three (3) days of receiving shipment if there are any errors to your order. A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returns. Accounts will be credited for the item(s)returned to FurryMascot U.S. minus re-stocking fees and shipping and handling costs.
